As of 3/30/2020, please follow these new steps to register on the apprentice out-of-work list.

Please read the following directions carefully, as they have been updated

1.  Call Mr. Gerk or Mr. Rawson as a first step between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:00 pm.

2.  Complete the Out-of-Work registration form and email it to the school along with a picture of your up-to-date union card- referral@ejatt.com. Look for email verification or phone call by the end of next business day.  Note – this is just the EJATT form, you will now have to fill out the subfund forms through EIT separately. Instructions, along with the link, are below.

• • • On an iPhone or Android – Download the Adobe Fill & Sign app. You can use the pen tool to create and add your signature where needed. The file will save in the app. You can also use the Share button to send the form vial email.
    • On a computer using Chrome– Save the pdf to your pc, open and fill it in Using ADOBE READER ONLY, save it and email it to the school. Note – the pdf will not save anything you fill in if you enter it in the browser itself. Use the digital signature option to sign – click here for more information on digital signatures. Note, the digital signature needs Adobe’s version of Reader to work correctly. You may need to download it if you are are using a default program that came on your pc.
    • On a computer using Microsoft Edge – Fill out the form in the browser itself, using the “Draw” tool to sign the documents. Save it and email it to the school.

3.  Fill out your SUB fund application directly through EIT.
NOTE FOR APPRENTICES: On the application for question 14, apprentices should check the field “Yes”  that they are registered at the Referral Hall and put “School” in the field for Referral Number. You can fill out and submit your form here: SUB Application

4.  Go to https://www2.illinois.gov/ides/Pages/default.aspx to file for state unemployment.
